Acceptable use

When using HookMate, you agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Create content that promotes hate, harassment, or discrimination
• Use HookMate to generate spam, scams, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or prompts
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

No guarantees

HookMate provides AI-generated suggestions for hooks, titles, and captions. These are tools to help you create content, but you are responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing
• Ensuring your content complies with platform guidelines and laws
• Verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of generated suggestions

HookMate does not guarantee that generated content will be perfect, accurate, or suitable for your specific use case. Use your judgment and edit as needed.

Payment & subscriptions

Creator Pro subscription: If you subscribe to Creator Pro, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription fee charged via Stripe. The subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to Creator Pro features until the period ends.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you'll retain access until the end of that billing cycle.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use HookMate in a way that harms our service or other users.

If your account is terminated, you will lose access to HookMate immediately. If you have an active subscription, it will be canceled, and you will not be charged for future billing periods.

Intellectual property

The content you generate using HookMate belongs to you. You're free to use it however you'd like. However, HookMate and its underlying technology, including AI models and prompts, remain the property of HookMate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & User Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of HookMate after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
